Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to offer a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened and in the same condition as received, in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.

Due to the nature of health products, we are unable to accept returns of opened or used products unless the item is faulty or damaged upon arrival.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at customerservice@evomed.com.au.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email confirming receipt of the item and notifying you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 30 days.

Late or missing refunds

If you have not received your refund within the expected timeframe:

  1. Check your bank account — it may not have appeared yet.
  2. Contact your credit card company — there is often processing time before a refund is posted.
  3. Contact your bank — there may be additional processing on their end.

If you have done all of the above and still have not received your refund, please contact us at customerservice@evomed.com.au.

Sale items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund. Sale items cannot be refunded unless they are faulty or damaged upon arrival.

Damaged or faulty items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately at customerservice@evomed.com.au with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you would like to exchange an item, email us at customerservice@evomed.com.au. Once your exchange is approved, we will provide you with return instructions.

Shipping returns

To return a product, please contact us at customerservice@evomed.com.au to obtain a Return Authorisation. Once approved, please post your item to:

You are responsible for paying the return shipping costs. If a refund is approved, it covers the purchase price of the item only — original and return shipping costs are non-refundable.

For higher-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items that are not tracked.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you may have under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)), including statutory guarantees that cannot be excluded.
